As is tradition in Colorado, we received our first snow before Halloween. We invited Treyden’s friend Mazie over with her family to go sledding.
Treyden has come to love the snow. Especially eating it!
Caleb had to try it, considering the kids loved it so much.
While watching the Bronco game we tossed around the new football named Athena.
Carleigh had to give the costume a try. She enjoyed what she saw in the mirror.
Carleigh also got a first haircut from dad.
In preparation for Halloween Pops and Sheryl paid and visit and showed up at the door ready for the festivities!
Treyden was initially scared by the costumes and didn’t recognize them, but later was pleased to try on the costume and check himself out in the mirror.
After going to the pumpkin farm, Pops and Sherly helped us carve pumpkins.
And at last it was Halloween!
Treyden really enjoyed answering the door and handing out candy to everyone. He didn’t really end up trick or treating himself. Which was perfectly fine with us.
And Carleigh actually seemed pretty content to hang out in her cool costume for surprisingly long.
